Who We Are

We are a community of people who gather around the story of Jesus to be encouraged, challenged, and sent forth to serve.

There’s a few lifelong Presbyterians among us, but we’ve come from many traditions–Catholic, Baptist, Methodist, agnostic, Evangelical, Lutheran, and more. Some of us are healing from complicated relationships with church and religion. Some of us have always felt a sense of belonging in church. We wrestle with questions about our faith and life. We don’t have all the answers, but we are committed to journeying together in faith as we seek to follow Jesus.

We welcome women and LGBTQ+ people at all levels of church leadership. We believe that every person is made in the image of God and, therefore, reflects something about who God is. We come to know and love God more fully by learning to know and love one another.

What We Believe

The life of faith is shaped by grace and gratitude. God acts first and has created and moved toward us in love, most fully in Jesus Christ. We are embraced in the love of God by grace, not by our own efforts to earn God’s love or approval. Because we have experienced this grace, empowered by the Holy Spirit, we strive to live lives that demonstrate our gratitude to God by loving God and loving our neighbors as ourselves.
